Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your service/products for any reason, contact us within 30 days and I will strive to make you happy. All sales are final on hair and no refunds are issued, though exchanges on items are gladly accepted.
Please be courteous and cancel appointments 8-hours in advance. This allows other clients the opportunity for service and for me to fill that appointment. Missed appointments without proper notice will result in a $25 charge for the appointment.
We ship via US Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express and our shipping fees are reflective of those organizations fees.
Express shipping is available for an additional fee.
After our products have shipped, California Hair Additions is not responsible for lost, damaged, broken, soiled or returned items.
Since we are a small boutique studio production time usually takes a little longer than the large companies with dozens, if not hundreds, of employees. We very carefully review every order to make sure it’s perfect before sending it to our printer. Your order is not shipped to you from the printer – we also inspect every order after it’s printed to ensure a perfectly printed product. Because of this extra care, delivery time from the approval of the proof to delivery of your order is usually about 14 business days within the contiguous United States – Alaska and Hawaii may take several days longer.
